PROFILE
Our client is actively seeking an intuitive and enthusiastic leader with a passion for industrial architecture, sustainability and design. The ideal candidate thrives in both collaborative and autonomous work environments, taking calculated risks and demonstrating strong practical knowledge. As a Senior Architect, you will foster client engagement and build relationships of trust, lead project teams and strategically drive the implementation of design concepts from schematic design to construction administration, specializing in innovative Industrial projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, energy facilities, and food processing etc. Notable clients include Warby Parker, Mercedes-Benz, Rockefeller Group, Emory University, Trammel Crow, Prologis, and more.

Senior Architects play a pivotal role in client engagement, leading project teams, coordinating with consultants, and managing key aspects of the project life cycle. This includes conducting building code analysis, overseeing submittal reviews, representing the firm during construction administration, and ensuring successful project closeouts. With a commitment to design excellence, Senior Architects coordinate all team resources, guiding projects through each phase while adhering to design, quality, and budgetary directives. Ideal candidates possess experience managing multidisciplinary architecture and planning projects, offering a valuable skill set for concept design through construction administration. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree required
  • 7-10+ yrs professional experience w/ progressive project and client leadership responsibility
  • Architecture License required, LEED accreditation preferred
  • Strong design and technical skills and a passion for design excellence
  • Ability to adapt architectural approach based on client and project type
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building codes and structures.
  • Full knowledge of architectural principles and practices
  • Highly organized, with an eye for detail, strong technical skills and problem solving
  • Strong and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office, to consultants, and clients
  • Fluency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
