Our client is an award-winning architecture firm, actively leading design and research projects nationally. They work closely with project stakeholders in the creative design and development of buildings, master plans, exhibits, and conversations that introduce innovative solutions that positively address changing climates, technologies, lifestyles, and urban environments. With a portfolio spanning Residential, Mixed-Use, Leftover Sites, Super Green, Tactical, Reuse, and Workplace projects, this dynamic practice leverages its multi-disciplinary cadre of talent to create dynamic environments that invigorate the urban landscape. Given the firm’s continued growth, the Principals are seeking a Project Leader to assume a key leadership role in their collaborative Philadelphia studio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Leader is a passionate and strategic Architect, advancing the firm’s objectives through strong project management, client engagement, staff mentorship, and collaboration with both internal team members and external subconsultants. With demonstrated mixed-use multi-family project leadership experience, the ideal candidate will be excited to work locally, regionally, and nationally to reinforce and elevate the firm’s reputation for design-driven, market-responsive and sustainable solutions. The Project Leader must be a versatile, design-oriented Architect, comfortable producing and coordinating documentation in Revit, and working collaboratively across all phases of a project, from pre-development through SD/DD/CD/CA. As a leader within the firm’s Philadelphia studio, they will leverage the firm’s expertise, portfolio, and talent in the development of client initiatives that support short and long-term business objectives.
This strategic hands-on leader will be actively involved in the creative development of projects and the firm, focused on the highest quality of architecture and design. The Project Leader will motivate project teams and individuals, fostering an environment of mutual respect and trust within the office. The Project Leader will have the personality and drive to mentor, challenge and engage colleagues and clients alike to elevate design and unlock the potential of each project.
