Given the firm’s continued growth and success they are seeking a Director of Digital Practice based in the firm's San Francisco office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Digital Practice is responsible for creating a Digital Practice Team that elevates supports and informs the firm’s design technology expertise, as well as other enterprise technology solutions. This individual is a thought leader with thorough knowledge of design technology applications and process methodology. S/he is responsible for working collaboratively with Executive Management and IT to develop and maintain software protocols, workflows and training regimens to support company Design and Construction technology efforts. Core responsibilities include strategy development, application research, application implementation, portfolio management, training (internal and external), team management, and technology research and development. In addition, s/he will provide oversight of project team digital files, communication with various team stakeholders, and implementation of multiple integrated technology services to support project needs. The Director of Digital Practice maintains continuous contact with the Director of Information Technology (IT) to support Operations, while maintaining professional relationships with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and software developers.
