With a growing portfolio and strategic growth opportunities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, they are seeking to identify a Senior Architect to play a key leadership role in the Philadelphia office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Architect with established reserve study, condition assessment, building envelope investigation and/or restore + repair experience in the Northeast and/or Mid-Atlantic, specifically in the Philadelphia Region. In close collaboration with the Philadelphia and Chicago leadership, this individual will lead complex projects, engage clients and contractors, and provide thoughtful leadership as the Philadelphia office grows. S/he will participate in staff and project management, development and review of construction documentation, field observations to assess material conditions, corrective recommendations, cost evaluations and preparation of formal documents and reports. S/he must be technically strong in major building types and their primary systems. With minimal or no oversight, the Senior Associate will manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure project deliverables are completed to established company quality standards with consistent client follow-up.
